OUR CLIENT IN  KENT IS SEEKING AN OFFICE MANAGER

Shift-Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay-15/HR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing general office operation.
  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings for the office staff
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor degree or high school diploma
  • Previous Office Manager experience
  • Previous Peachtree or Sage accounting software experience
  • Excellent computer skills, phone skills, and customer service skills
