Job Description



Our client in Lodi is looking for Customer Service Reps to help assist their customer base with their physical therapy equipment needs!


Shift
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay
  • $15.00 - $17.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers with their orders or questions via phone and email
  • Generate invoices for shipped orders and send those invoices out by the required method
  • UPS and Fedex online shipping entry and printing shipping labels
  • Filing documents
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a 4-panel drug test
  • Some customer service experience highly preferred
  • Must be personable and have a high attention to detail
  • Organizational skills / clerical experience helps!
