Our client in North Canton is looking for a Project Manager to join their team! 


Hours
  • 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm


Pay  
  • $80K-$110K based on experience 


Job Description
  • Manage a team and projects up to $12m.  
  • Engage in full life-cycle of  commercial construction products  
  • Play a key role with the design assist and operations team.

Job Requirements

Requirements
  • Degree in Commercial Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is desirable
  • 5 + years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management managing projects in excess of $12M
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Knowledge of/ability to learn construction software programs
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable leading a team, including Associate PMs, CAD Technicians, and Project Coordinators
  • Knowledge of product and project cycle times
  • Knowledge of lean thinking, lean tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Must possess strong solution-oriented demeanor when communicating with customers
  • Excellent and documented verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
