Our client in North Canton is looking for a Project Manager to join their team!
- 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
- $80K-$110K based on experience
- Manage a team and projects up to $12m.
- Engage in full life-cycle of commercial construction products
- Play a key role with the design assist and operations team.

- Degree in Commercial Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is desirable
- 5 + years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management managing projects in excess of $12M
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Knowledge of/ability to learn construction software programs
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable leading a team, including Associate PMs, CAD Technicians, and Project Coordinators
- Knowledge of product and project cycle times
- Knowledge of lean thinking, lean tools, and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Must possess strong solution-oriented demeanor when communicating with customers
- Excellent and documented verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
