Job Description



Our client in Navarre is hiring a Warehouse Lead to join the team! 


Hours: 
  • Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
  • Must be able to accommodate a more flexible schedule including Sundays during peak season.


Pay Rate:
  • $19.00 per hour


Responsibilities:
  • Daily allocation of work to start the day. 
  • Forklift Operation.
  • Run a (3) day workload demand and compare to inventory on hand to balance workload. 
  • Organize and direct work based on job responsibilities and qualifications. 
  • Assist with the workload and complete all verification of orders for accuracy and quality. 
  • Review work orders and labor needs with supervision to complete all assigned tasks. 
  • Communicate inventory and packaging shortages to management based on customer needs.
  • Assist with the completion of daily activities. 
  • Assist and complete Daily cycle counts as needed. 
  • Utilization as needed. 

Job Requirements

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous Warehouse experience
