Job Description
Our client in Cuyahoga Falls is in seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians!
Shifts:
- 2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
Pay:
- $18.00 - $21.00/hr based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and follow diagrams, sketches, and manuals
- Locate source of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and listening for problems
- Remove defective parts by dismantling machine using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools
- Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other related systems to keep facility operating
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in Industrial maintenance a plus
- Mechanically-inclined and a self-starter
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand, reach, grasp, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to be flexible with hours and work off-shift hours, overtime, and weekends
- Training certifications in mechanical and electrical a plus
- Experience with Polish and Buff lines, Slitters and CTL equipment is a plus
- Experience in a metal processing facility is a plus
