Our client in Canton is seeking Team Leads on all shifts!
This company manufactures containers for the food industry. Join a company that continues to grow throughout North America!


Shift
  • 3rd Shift Monday - Friday 11:00pm-7:00am 


Pay
  • $17+, based on experience


Responsibilities
  • Perform label and color changes
  • Manage machine assignments and time usage by staff
  • Complete daily production reports
  • Assist with new operator training
  • Conduct team meetings
  • Use measuring tools and perform quality checks
  • Report all quality and technical issues
  • Lead team by setting a good example
  • Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager

Job Requirements

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years' experience as an Operator or Team Lead
  • Must be detail oriented 
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist and pull for 8 hours a day
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
