Job Description

Our Account Representative/Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates; in conjunction with building and managing relationships with our clients. 

Monday - Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
$18 per hour, plus weekly performance bonuses

  • Understanding multiple job specifications and position requirements for various clients 
  • Develop client relationships with new and existing clients 
  • Sourcing candidates on several platforms such as job boards, social media outlets, networking, and internal ATS 
  • Screening applications and conducting phone screens with potential candidates 
  • Daily collaboration with Staffing Representatives and Branch Manager on applications 
  • Submitting candidates for client review 
  • Scheduling onsite interviews and coordinating start dates 
  • Ensuring proper documentation throughout the hiring process 
  • Conducting in person on-boarding with candidates including background checks and drug screens 
  • Conduct sales calls with existing clients and prospecting new clients 

Skill Requirements: 
  • The ability to evaluate candidates via resumes and phone screens 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Results driven within a metric driven environment 
  • Effective time management, follow-through, and organizational skills 
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening 
  • Detailed oriented 
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills 
  • Ability to handle confidential information 

Job Requirements

Education and Experience: 
  • Previous Recruiting, Customer Service, and Account Management/Sales experience 
  • Staffing industry experience preferred 
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, and experience in Applicant Tracking Systems  

Physical Requirements: 
  • Valid Driver’s license 
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from client sites 
  • Long periods of sitting, phone, and computer work 
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, talking, and listening
