Job Description

A manufacturing company in Wadsworth is looking for an Accounting Assistant on first shift. 

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Process reimbursement forms
  • Reconcile receivables and identify discrepancies
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Assist the Controller

Skills
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
  • Knowledge of basic office and bookkeeping procedures
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Macola)
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

Pay
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:
Monday-Friday 8a-5pm
