Manufacturing company in Canton seeking a Spare Parts Assistant to join the team on first shift.
Duties:
Process all requests in relation to spare parts
Advise customers on resolutions to their concerns
Follow up with customers on inquiries related to spare parts
Maintain received orders in the ERP system
Purchase parts from suppliers that are not in stock
Generate shipment documentation
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to speak and understand both English and Spanish
5+ years' working experience in a technical/commercial field
2+ years' experience with ERP or CRM/Microsoft Dynamics/Sales Force/SAP
Above average communication skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office
Pay:
$16.50/hr and move to $18.75/hr after 90 days
Hours:
-Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
-Must be available to be on call during the evenings one week per month and one entire weekend per month
