Job Description

Our client in Masury is looking for CNC Machinists to join their team!

Shift

Responsibilities

Responsible for setup, operations of all thread rolling equipment
Key responsibilities include equipment setup, equipment operation, part inspection
Set up and operate all automated thread rolling equipment and additional assigned mechanical equipment
Perform advanced troubleshooting of equipment and performs adjustments to keep threading machines in control
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications
Use required gauging instruments (tri-roll gauge comparator calipers, etc
Inspect anchor bolts and other products produced pass all customer requirements using SPC software
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
Follow all Eddie Kane Steel Safety and Quality policies/procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Excellent (English) oral and written communications skills
Good interpersonal skills, phone manners and the ability to work with others
Basic reading and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Proficient with tape measure and other measurement tools (micrometer, caliper, etc.)
Ability to interpret work instructions
High School Diploma or Equivalent
