Our client in Cuyahoga Falls is looking for Customer Care Associates to join their team!



Shift 
  • 1st Shift Monday - Friday 8:000am to 5:00pm 

Responsibilities
  • Sales Support
    • Answer the phones
    • Process and enter into SAP the sales orders for equipment
    • Enter into SAP new customer data and maintain customer data file
    • Reconcile ship dates from the production calendar with the date on the sales order
    • Process and follow up on email, online, and phone requests for quotes or more information from prospective customers
    • Reconcile and follow up on older open sales orders to determine the quality of the lead
  • Account Management
    • Accounts Receivable/Collection calls - work with accounting department on collection of any extremely outstanding customer debts
    • Follow up with the customer after orders have shipped and delivered
    • Handling customer calls relating to complaints, open issues, purchase order, or delivery date adjustments
    • Coordinate all pre-pay orders and confirm with customer
    • Shipping quotes for all orders that require them

  • The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and data entry. They will learn to understand customer needs and requirements in order to provide sales support to upper-level sales management. They will also ensure all sales-related data is up to date and accurate in the company’s SAP system. They will also make accounts receivable, and collections calls when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of office administration experience
  • Intermediate customer service and accounts receivable/collection skills
  • Introductory selling and communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.q., ERP, CRM)
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
