Job Description

A family owner company in Brunswick is looking for a Customer Service and Payroll Associate to join their team on first shift. 

Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming phone calls and directs to right employee
-Handles customer questions, problems and complaints with accurate information and offers solutions
-Answers customer questions about products and services
-Opens customer accounts with complete and account information
-Submits payroll data to GMS bi-weekly
-Initiates new hire onboarding
-Maintains employee benefit program
-Maintain employment records

Requirements:
-High school diploma/GED
-Bachelor's degree (preferred)
-Customer relations experience (5+ years) 
-Strong math skills
-Excellent communication skills

Shift: 
Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Pay:
$18+/hour based on experience
