Position: Customer Service Representative
Position Type & Work Hours:  Full-time Professional Position, Monday-Friday 8-5
Summary/Objective: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
Essential Functions:
  1. Customer Service Management
  • Take customer in-coming orders via email or phone
  • Process service calls via phone and troubleshoot via phone any issues and be able to provide resolution to the customer
  • Process paperwork
  1. Installations
  • Coordinating the installations with the customer and the general contractors
  • Manage the schedule and deadlines for delivery and installers on-site 
  1. Service Calls
  • Coordinating the service calls with the customer and the technician

  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM). Experience with SAP preferred, but not required
