Our client in Hudson is looking for Extrusion Operators to join their team!


Shift
  • 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:45am to 3:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Put tooling on Extruder
  • Set up vacuum tank
  • Set up of cooling trough
  • set up program puller
  • set up program cutter
  • Set up of coiler
  • Make boxes
  • Fill hopper

Job Requirements

  • Clean BG
  • Pass DT
  • Previous Extrusion Experience
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs
  • Understanding tolerances
  • Using calipers to measure OD and wall
  • Using step gage to measure ID
  • Using bench mic. to measure ID,OD, wall
  • Knowledge of concentricity, weight, surface, and many more non conformances
  • Knowledge of calipers, step gages, tolerances, and measuring tape
