Job Description



Our client in Louisville is looking for a Fabricator to add to their team!


Shift
  • 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm


Pay Rate
  • $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience


Responsibilities
  • Maintain, locate, and organize raw materials through all areas of the fabrication/weld shop per schedule
  • Cutting of sheet metal
  • Punching of metal with the Whitney or Iron Worker
  • Bending of materials with the use of the break
  • Assembly of sheet metal or buss in the fabricating department
  • MIG welding
  • Deburring, grinding, sawing and shearing
  • Silverplating of materials will be done using tooling, materials, and procedures
  • May be required to help in the assembly department or wherever instructed by the foreperson

Job Requirements

Requirements
  • Possess the ability to read and comprehend blueprints and manufacturing instructions
  • Ability to safely operate and maintain all equipment and hand tools within the fabrication department
  • Knowledge working with CNC, in particular operating Laser Cutting machinery a plus.
