Our client in Sebring is looking for General Laborers to join their team!

Shift:

Responsibilities

Preferably some industrial experience/previous forklift experience.
Applicant must NOT be afraid of heights(climbing ladders, working on catwalks)
Must be able to move levers (as instructed and trained) to regulate flow of materials to and from conveyors, dense phase pneumatic transfers, chutes, pumps, or storage bins.
Adjusts equipment (as instructed and trained) such as pumps, screens, conveyors, fans and burners, to control or vary size or grade of product, or to maintain uniform flow of materials.
Sweep / Shovel – Operational area free of debris build up.
Maintains time and material records necessary while completing daily job tasks.
Recommends measure to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and crew performance.
Follows company policies and safety regulations.
Flexible to changing demands adjusting work procedures, methods to meet production schedules.

Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, use arms and hands, kneel, climb or balance 60-100% of on-the-job time.
Ability to talk or hear 100% of on-the-job time.
Ability to lift up to fifty pounds 50% of on-the-job time.
Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
