Job Description

Our client in Twinsburg is looking to add Extrusion Lead on 3rd Shift.  

Your Responsibilities: 
· Maintain an effective and efficient production process using lean manufacturing principles and with input from team members.
· Implement and maintain efficient production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.
· Review operations and confer with team members to resolve production or processing problems.
· Follow production schedules and orders for timely delivery as per the customer requirements.
· Monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or testing during processing, to ensure products are of prescribed quality.
· Initiate and network with internal subject matter experts concerning production issues.
· Run production or business-related projects towards continuous improvement.
· Interact and coordinate with other teams to follow the processes and procedures for an effective value chain focused on customer satisfaction.
· Prepare and maintain production reports.
· Utilize your strong mechanical abilities and knowledge in developing team maintenance management.
· Lead by example and available for a night shift position in a 24/7 operations environment, some weekends, as necessary.

Your required Qualifications: 
· Business, Organizational Communication, or STEM based College Degree
· Knowledge and experience in leading daily operations
· Knowledge of performance metrics
· Known production methods
· Coordination of people and resources

Hours: M-F must be able to work some weekends based on the amount of orders. 
3rd shift- 10:30pm-6am
Pay: $25+ an hour

Misdemeanors are okay, but Felonies are a case by case basis.
