Our client in Cuyahoga Falls is looking for an Office Manager- $18-$19/HR BOE
- Someone who accomplishes department objectives by managing staff;
- Planning and evaluating department activities,
- Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment,
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results,
- Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards,
- Analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Researches and cultivates leads, process and follow up on on-line & phone requests for quotes or more information from prospective customers, answer the phones.
Requirements 1 - 3 years' experience, Quickbooks proficient, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strong team player and business partner.
