A manufacturing company in Wadsworth is looking for a Plastic Injection Maintenance Technician to join their team. This will be a direct hire.
Responsibilities:
-Understanding of injection molding machine control calibration requirements and hands-on tasks for calibrations
-Ensure preventative maintenance/ predictive maintenance on equipment, machinery, tools and document PM through the maintenance Manager
-Successfully troubleshoot hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, mechanical and PLC problems with molding machines and auxiliary equipment
-Understanding of repair techniques for injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment related to the industry
-Understanding of hydraulic repairs
-Electricity, wiring and basic plumbing skills
-Ability to interpret at variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common instructions/blueprints related to Plastic Injection Molding machinery
Requirements:
-High school diploma/GED
-Two-year technical degree is a plus
-Experience in a manufacturing environment is required
-Two or more years of maintenance experience in plastic injection molding (required)
-Must be able to work 12 hours shifts
-Must be able to work weekends (every other)
Shift:
First shift 7a-7p
Pay:
$20-$30 Based on experience
