Our client in Hinckley is looking for Production Supervisors to join their team!


Shifts
  • 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Perform CNC machine offsets
  • Complete tool changes on CNC machines
  • Manage, develop, and monitor machine operators
  • Ensure production process is running properly
  • Ensure targets and deadlines are met to achieve orders
  • Ensure all staff comply with the company's health and safety procedures. 

Job Requirements

  • Strong manufacturing background
  • Understand how to read blueprints
  • Can read gages
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Understand inspection methods
  • High School Diploma or GED
