Job Description

Our client in Salem is looking for Project Managers to join their team!

Shift

Responsibilities

Learn and follow all ISO processes and procedures
Ensure deliverables prepared by team are reviewed prior to submittal to client
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
Verify all that completed scope activities meet the requirements of the contract and the goals of the client
Ensures that the engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning plans adhere to the schedule.
Follows up with clients when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
Able to accurately forecast costs in the contract review
Approves team members' time and expense reports in a conscientious and timely manner .
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions
Facilities team and client meetings effectively
Holds regular status meetings with the project team
Keeps project team will informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
Manages day to day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint Must be able to effectively read and understand engineering drawings

Requirements

Ability to complete projects on time and on budget
Ability to work independently and oversee the work of others
Strong Sales and negotiation skills
Ability and interest to participate in continuous improvement and sharing
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Light physical effort required
Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility 25% international and domestic travel may be required.
