A Talent Acquisition Manager creates innovative and aggressive methods to source top talent. This role helps their team identify potential candidates, build talent pools and sourcing strategies while fostering and cultivating relationships with key candidates and hiring managers. You’ll be overseeing the entire Team while Coaching, Training and Mentoring in the vast World of High-Volume Recruiting.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • A Strong Leader that can build, develop and coach a Team while Leading by Example.
  • Develop, execute and drive sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow for open positions and talent pipelines.
  • Keep abreast of latest development of sourcing best practices, trends, tools, market trends and recommend new strategies with meaningful measurements.
  • Identify potential candidates through the use of multiple sourcing tools (i.e. - social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing, job boards, user groups, and online communities).
  • Work with regional/local management teams and Human Resources to identify staffing levels, future talent gaps, and recruitment plans for hourly roles.
  • Call, screen, write-up candidate summary, and consistently engage with candidates.
  • Tracking sourcing/ candidate activity and produce results – fill open position with quality candidates
  • Partner with recruiters to provide support for candidate, leverage resources, and make recommendations for effective candidate searches.

  • Proven track record working with various job boards to include, Indeed, Monster, Facebook, LinkedIn, Ohio Means Jobs. Dealing with the Analytics of the market trends.
  • 1-3 years full life cycle, high volume recruiting experience, required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or similar field, preferred
  • 1-3 years high volume recruiting, preferred
  • Previous experience working with a ATS or CRM database
