Hand welders- $19-22, 3rd shift, M-Th 6:30pm-5am
This member of the welding team will be primarily responsible for operating both robotic and hand welders. These welders are wire-fed MIG / Pulse welders. Candidates will need the mechanical ability and spatial recognition skills to product weldments with the correct precision geometry. The candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with other team members to help meet department goals and objectives.
--Minimum 1-3 years of welding training / experience --Must be able to read, understand and follow established schematics, drawings, and other work instructions --Have basic working knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance --Maintain high safety standards and be able to work in a fast-paced environment --Working knowledge of robotics and programming --Self-motivated individual which understands the importance of time constraints --Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. regularly and bend, squat, walk or stand for long periods of time-- Must be able to pass Welding test – Minimum score of 3
